hungrych Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 So who is it? Chen is probably the best, but my favorite has got to be Morimoto for his creativity and cross-cultural cooking style. The Natto battle is great. I know there were a few more that had a few battles, but I couldn't fit them. And I don't even know their names, so whatever. Quote

Post Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 Morimoto is back in NYC I hear - after leaving Nobu he went to philly, but is back with his own restaurant. I'll have to save pennies and go there sometime! Quote
acs236 Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 His restaurant in Philly was AWESOME. And, at least when I was there, he would come out of the kitchen and talk to everyone. It seems like his Iron Chef personality was a put on. Quote

Edwood Posted March 3, 2006 Report Posted March 3, 2006 Gotta give props to Morimoto and his frequent use of Kimchee power. -Ed Quote
