Lil Knight
Thanks Ben. Hey, any problem if we want to get extra KGSSHV power supply boards? A couple of those might be handy. I don't see any problem Just make a small note in the "on/off" column so that I can remember your quantity.
ujamerstand
It seem like there are more dynaPSUs boards then there are kgsshvps boards right now. Can we get some more information about this power supply?
livewire
It uses little 30 volt donuts instead of 500 volt hummers? Seriously, KG will need to enlighten you. I am aware that in the past some DIY guys have used the Sigma 22 psu for their dyna*** builds. That psu kit aint cheap. $111 from Glass Jar Audio. deadlylover
Updated the spreadsheet for a set of offboard KGSSHV and two T2 sets. Thanks for doing the leg work, cheers mate. edit: Updated again, 1 T2 is not enough Edited June 30, 2011 by deadlylover
Pars
Team Spain got one half working (just 1 pair of output FETs afaik) but there's a random high frequency oscillation which is being evaluated You might try to get the grid stopper resistors as close to the FET pins as possible... they seem somewhat better in the new layout. I moved mine to the bottom of the board, right on the pin. Edited June 30, 2011 by Pars
charlo89
I would like to know if anyone would like to build me a kgsshv and especially what is its price. (pm me if anyone is interested) If not, if the boards are not very expensives, I will take a set for a kgsshv. Thank you

kevin gilmore
1) Welcome to head-case 2) This is the DIY section. That means you build it yourself. If you try and get someone to build it for you, it will look like many of the exstata disasters over there. 3) go and look up -=germania=- over there. Nebby
Hmm, it's already right there, on the right of the title in the spreadsheet. I think he meant in the groupbuy subforum, but with the activity level of this board (compared to the flood of posts over on hf) I think it's fair to say it's not hard to find this thread even if it's not linked there
Lil Knight
Ah. Somehow I also thought I misunderstood him (but still didn't think of the subforum...).
