That makes me happy (except for the fact that I have to wait in line). I bet the other side of town is the reverse Quote
skullguise Posted March 1, 2016 Report Posted March 1, 2016 I got in to our High School right when voting opened, still a decent backlog (they delayed school one hour, good plan). Got through quickly though. At the local level, we had voting on 2 single positions and one with a list of names for a group: one of the single positions had NO candidate on the ballot, the other only one. If you wanted to vote for the first, you would have to write-in. I'd hate to have to count that one..... Quote
aardvark baguette Posted March 1, 2016 Report Posted March 1, 2016 I did my first ever wire transfer today at the bank. that process has me believing in Bitcoin again. 1 Quote
Salt Peanuts Posted March 2, 2016 Report Posted March 2, 2016 Went out to vote in the Presidential Primary. My town decided, in its infinite wisdom, 80% of the town will vote in the same location this year - the middle school. Which is located on one of the busiest roads in town with no turning lane into the school. While the school is in session. 1 Quote

swt61 Posted March 2, 2016 Report Posted March 2, 2016 Who said anything about money? He's transferring wire, can't you read? Quote

You do realize that those Nigerian Oil Minister partnerships do not work very well. I have seven of them and they keep sending my dividend checks to the wrong address. Quote

shellylh Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Found out that I owe an extra $1550 in 2015 property taxes. I also only found it out because I went to download the receipt for the amount I had paid online. At least I found out before owing a bunch of interest and before filing my federal income taxes. 2 Quote
shellylh Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 I looked at the previous years and this year was 1.5 times the amount we paid 3 years ago. Can't really complain since we don't have state income tax. Quote
Hopstretch Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Dr. Reks sounds like a comic book villain if you say it quickly. Good luck with the application! Quote
Craig Sawyers Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 Fingers firmly crossed for you! Dr Edipis sounds even more evil. Mwah ha ha. Quote
