ironbut Posted February 3, 2015 Report Posted February 3, 2015 Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't think it looks like it needs one and they can be a total pain to install (if the sink comes close to the back of the panel). Quote
agile_one Posted February 3, 2015 Report Posted February 3, 2015 Thee are two kinds of people in the world ... those who like pulls on false drawers, and those who don't. 2 Quote
guzziguy Posted February 3, 2015 Report Posted February 3, 2015 (edited) If the sink is too close, just install with short wood screws or with the piece of hardware (forgot what it's called) that has the appropriate bolt threads on one end and wood screw threads on the other. Augsburger Posted February 3, 2015 Report Posted February 3, 2015 I think that is where Mikey should install the bottle opener. Quote

Wmcmanus Posted February 3, 2015 Report Posted February 3, 2015 Did you have to stay sober all night to do so much work, Mikey? Quote

swt61 Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 I always pull the handle under the blank by mistake. Now it's a Matchgame question. Looks great Mikey! 1 Quote
jvlgato Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 I think we all know who is on the right side here. Awesome episode! Isn't it obvious that we're different? We can never get along and will be at war forever! Quote

ironbut Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 Those are great if you only have one to install (you can spin the pull). But most pulls have two. Quote
CarlSeibert Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) I'm of the school that you don't need a pull there, but some pulls can be fiddled so they can be installed from the front. The handles of our French doors are actually drawer pulls. They had a fake screw head as a decorative element. Mr Drawer Pull, meet Mr Drill Press. ) Edited February 5, 2015 by CarlSeibert Quote
n_maher Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Currently in Frisco, CO about to go ski a-basin. 2 Quote
n_maher Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Should be an Epic day, it's supposed to be over 70 in Denver so spring conditions are expected in the mountains. Quote
grawk Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 A Basin is a cold cold place, tho. Quote
Augsburger Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Remember, tips up and use lot's of sun screen. I loved A basin but at that elevation my lungs were burning and so was my nose. You will sunburn five times as fast as when you were home. Quote
n_maher Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 I have spf70 on my face and it's in the 40s with light wind. Quote
naamanf Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 Awsome, have fun Nate! I so miss my $150 season pass to Keystone. Quote
guzziguy Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 You're a skier and probably don't need to be told this, but be sure to put sunscreen on the bottom of your nose. UV is reflected by the snow and I've seen people with nasty sun burns there after skiing all day in bright sunlight. 1 Quote
Augsburger Posted February 7, 2015 Report Posted February 7, 2015 That also applies if you ski wearing a kilt. 1 Quote
n_maher Posted February 7, 2015 Report Posted February 7, 2015 Happy to report that sunburns were avoided. The skiing was unbelievable. 4 Quote
agile_one Posted February 7, 2015 Report Posted February 7, 2015 Glad to hear, Nate, I'm guessing powder like we don't see back east? How 'bout an apre' ski beverage or two? Quote
