Started off bright and early (by my standards) to run a bunch of errands, only the Fit is 100% dead.  No power at all.  I didn't leave the lights (interior or exterior) on, and the car has less than 700 miles one it.   :palm:

Most likely I will be webcasting from home this evening.

Yep, I used it for the first time and after flipping the egg (I used butter), it stuck a bit.  I guess I am going to have to use lots of butter/oil in the beginning.  How long until it is "stable"?

Also, WTF is with this weather???  We are on our Spring Break (one week later than usual even) and I woke up to 26 degrees this morning.  I am sure that is quite balmy for the folks north of here, but I live in Houston and it's March!  Guess I won't be headed to the beach this week...

Nice pan , Shelly! I still really like mine.

Sucks, Justin. :(

I called in an insurance claim on the policy of the lady who backed into my car in the parking lot this weekend. :palm:

Ouch! That sucks, too, John. Where are the Monee's finest when you really need them? :)

Ha. Exactly. Too busy lecturing innocent Chicagoans about slow rolling through stop signs.

you still live south of the mason-dixon, southerner.

Oh, I wasn't referencing (ancient) politics, I was just talking relative to the Southern edge of the storm roll-through.  I think I was above, you were below.  I think.

Thanks for the support, everyone! So far, so good. The other driver has State Farm, and so do I. I have a police report and pictures. Should be pretty obvious what happened. My agent said to file a claim directly against her policy.  I spoke to the insurance company yesterday and again today to confirm my version of the story. They're still waiting to hear back from the other party. She actually was a nice 19 year old girl with her little sister. At the time of the accident, she came right out and said she was so sorry, then called her Dad to ask what to do. Dad said to file a police report, and I agreed.  So hopefully it'll be no more than a nuisance.

Sounds like it'll work out fine.

You should be fine John.  That said, in my area State Farm is the second worse company to deal with on a claim that I've run into for this kind of situation.
