Yeah, we did.  We condensed a lifetime's worth of love in our little time together.  It is entirely for selfish reasons that I didn't want it to end.

And thank you all again, for your outpouring of love and support.  I don't know how else to say this, but it really does help.

You don't need to say anymore than that, Dusty.  Losing pets sucks.  Having caring friends doesn't.

As for me, I got hosed by a federal governmental entity today but will work around their cavalier schedule-changing.  I got to have lunch with my law partner with whom I have worked since my second year of law school who moved to D.C. for a year to work in our office there.  Then, I went to see Mark Ribot and David Hidalgo with a 4-piece band play an amazing 2.5 hours of "border music" that was rockin' and raucus.  To top it off, Claire and I got to go backstage and meet those guys, which was awesome.  Between us, we have seen Los Lobos around 20 times so meeting David Hidalgo was pretty huge.  He was as cool and gracious and down to earth as you would imagine. He even remembered a show we saw with them and the Blasters where it was way hot in the club and people were passing out and Dave Alvin threw up.  I highly reccomend checking out Border Music if you can make it to the L2 Arts Center in Denver tomorrow night, or the Flynn Center in Burlington Vermont on January 26!

Bryan, nice, good luck with the new project! Hopefully they will allow you to 'bring value' this time!

Cool Tesla. Motor Trend Car of the Year, I believe. Yet don't know anyone who has one.

Marc Ribot and David Hidalgo are both on my short list of favorite guitarists. That sounds awesome, Al.

Thanks for the travel congrats everyone, should be fun. Edit - Just got all booked, so woot.

Congrats...can I ask what the product is?  We're working with WebLogic here, and I hate it, but I haven't totally given up on Oracle yet.  Just being nosy.

It's Unifier, the newest addition to Oracle's Primavera suite. http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/primavera/overview/index.html

I cleaned out some "junk" drawers.  It's amazing the stuff I held on to.  I don't even know what some of it is.

Probably some old headphone gear.     Remember those days?

Demo'd (demolished) my bathroom in preparation for new tub and tile.

Still have to demo to the next stud on the right, err other right (left).  That's an outside wall.  Older houses in SB don't have insulation in the walls, just in the ceilings.

Cleanup happens tomorrow, when it's done.  Well, it will be done if I can get the drain out.

Have you tried a drain removal tool yet?

What backing will you use for the tile? I recommend 1/2" Hardy backer. Then you can use mesh tape and thinset on the seams.
