NightWoundsTime
Google image search turns up a surprising number of cakes made in the likeness of breasts I actually know a cake decorator who gets frequent requests for NSFW cakes. Of course that pales in comparison to the one the a bunch of surgeons got for a work related sendoff. Anatomically correct gut surgery, reconstructed from actual surgery photos. I bet they fought over who got the gall bladder.

deepak
I actually know a cake decorator who gets frequent requests for NSFW cakes. Of course that pales in comparison to the one the a bunch of surgeons got for a work related sendoff. Anatomically correct gut surgery, reconstructed from actual surgery photos. I bet they fought over who got the gall bladder. That sounds like the coolest cake ever. Did your friend take pics of it? I can't imagine that cake was easy to carve out given the complexity of bowel loops.
