Dusty Chalk Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 I will have to watch later. I’m watching and listening to the bassist for Al1ce explain everything “under the hood”.

Grahame Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 No comment on the purple guitar shredded by a London lass?

tomislavkufrin Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 (edited) snakefinger still remains as one of my favorite musical discoveries. Edited July 3, 2020 by tomislavkufrin 2
skullguise Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 (edited) I had a friend in High School who loved them, as well as several of the other Ralph Records artists.....(The Residents of course) EDIT: just found the song he loved to play the most for me Edited July 3, 2020 by skullguise 2
ironbut Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 I've got most of Snakefinger on vinyl (and a lot of The Residents). Last time I saw them was 1985. 2
Dusty Chalk Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 I just listened to that whole album. Delightfully madcap. 1

Torpedo Posted July 4, 2020 Report Posted July 4, 2020 Did she plug the guitar in the wall socket? Anyway, the blonde guitarist lady seemed more interesting... for the skin issue not the guitar playing.

Anyway, the blonde guitarist lady seemed more interesting... for the skin issue not the guitar playing. No, they both go off screen, but I have to admit, I had to double-check. I didn't really like the emptiness of the blonde's playing, but at least she wasn't shredding like so many of them Yngwie Malmsteen wannabes. Sapphire Ng is actually pretty good, although I think she's more famous as a model who happens to play guitar, rather than a guitarist who happens to model: And most of her videos just make me wonder what she's like in bed: 1
Torpedo Posted July 5, 2020 Report Posted July 5, 2020 looks like her leg spreading is way more impressive than her guitar playing.
robm321 Posted July 6, 2020 Report Posted July 6, 2020 Still working my way through this one. About half way through. Definitely not a one sitting listen. 3 1
Hopstretch Posted July 7, 2020 Report Posted July 7, 2020 I heartily recommend this to any other New Wave refugees. 3
