Aura Posted August 26, 2016 Report Posted August 26, 2016 Crystal Castles - Amnesty (I) With all due respect to Alice Glass, this band goes as Ethan Kath goes and the new singer, Edith Frances, sounds identical to Glass. Which is good. Four albums in and they haven't missed yet.
Aura Posted August 26, 2016 Report Posted August 26, 2016 Now for some Friday metal... Inter Arma - Paradise Gallows

Voltron Posted August 28, 2016 Author Report Posted August 28, 2016 Nice. Does your copy have their version have the Seals and Croft hit Summer Breeze? My favorite is Live It Up. I need to crank that one every once in awhile.
swt61 Posted August 28, 2016 Report Posted August 28, 2016 It does have Summer Breeze. It's the last song on the album at #9, and I believe it's a live version. Live it up is awesome! I'm a huge soul/funk fan in general, but the Isley Bros. dominate that genre. Have you heard their version of Todd Rundgren's "Hello It's Me"?

I don't remember hearing it before but I just watched a Soul Train recording. YouTube has everything.
