mikeymad Posted July 19 Report Posted July 19 The Song Remains the Same by Led Zeppelin (1976) https://album.link/i/1400470544 https://open.qobuz.com/album/d3k9q3m2ttfxc Example: Might as well give the real clip. I listen to a lot of Zep, as we all should. But I realized the other day that I had not listened to the live album in a long time. Shame on me, I know. I have a clear conscious now. And I am a better person for it. 5
Grahame Posted July 20 Report Posted July 20 Saw this at a garage sale, and for some reason thought of @mikeymad 2 1

Dusty Chalk Posted July 21 Report Posted July 21 Brian Viglione is playing drums with her on tour...which led to this instagram post: https://www.instagram.com/veronicaswiftofficial/reel/C8KcasNAuVA/ ...which sounded very interesting, so thought I'd check out her music.
Dusty Chalk Posted July 22 Report Posted July 22 Wack music for a wack time. It's jazz. Sorta. I guess.
mikeymad Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 Plug Me In by Eddie Harris (1968) https://album.link/i/76051553 Example: Groove so hard to this album - thanks Eddie... 1
skullguise Posted July 26 Report Posted July 26 Love most of their albums! Thanks Taylor for reviving them 🤣 1
jose Posted July 28 Report Posted July 28 Ale has begun to delve into my music collection, and this album is quickly becoming one of his favorites. 4
jose Posted July 29 Report Posted July 29 The Blue Nile, Tinseltown in the rain, Vinyl I believe that hats can be both more elegant and more relaxed. 4
mikeymad Posted August 1 Report Posted August 1 How Does That Grab You? by Nancy Sinatra (1966) https://album.link/i/148036928 Example: There are other great tracks on this album, but this one is just so good. Most that just know it from Kill Bill probably don't realize that it is from 1966 (when Quentin was 3). There is a new version of the album this year. But it went to the pure, old standard of hard left and hard right stereo, which works okay in some systems, but not headphones for this dude. Most of the time I will take mono or blended for headphones. Good album.. 3
mikeymad Posted August 2 Report Posted August 2 MoonDial by Pat Metheny (2024) https://album.link/i/1733722355 Example: Enjoyed the new release from Pat. Playing with his new guitar. Mellow, but a good listen, well recorded. 3
mikeymad Posted August 3 Report Posted August 3 Rashida by Jon Lucien (1973) https://album.link/i/1261594373 Example: Jon's voice and the bass line do it for me. Super groove on the entire album with wide range of colors. 1

swt61 Posted August 4 Report Posted August 4 All the more reason! Thanks Dusty! My boots are made for walkin' too! 1
