With dinner: Kunde Cab - ok, not bad, not great After dinner Anvil: White Lady 3/2 oz Bluecoat gin 3/4 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz lemon juice Again, not bad, not great. What do you think of the Junipero overall? Decided to go with a modified Seventh heaven 3 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 1/2 oz Creme de Violette 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice Shake and double strain into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. Since this is a modified Aviation I decided to modify the good Drs. recipe by substituting half of the maraschino with Creme de Violette.
