Duggeh Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Glendronach 1993 17 year old. Celebrating breaking 180lbs. It's a teense hot for my preference without a drip of water. But very enjoyable all the same.
Absorbine_Sr Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Debbie is finally enjoying her Pliny. Thanks Al!!!

Augsburger Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 (edited) 2007 Signorello Cabernet Franc. A 90% Cab Franc/10% Cabernet Sauvignon blend..............needs more Cabernet Sauvignon and maybe 10-20% Merlot, then it would please me fine. Edited December 16, 2011 by Augsburger
raffy Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Mini flight of van winkle rye and sazerac 18. I love how sazerac is nice and smooth but the eye bite of the van winkle makes me feel like a man!

Voltron Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Just got home from work. I'm having a Stinger Cocktail with 3 parts Park cognac and 1 part Tempus Fugit creme de menthe. Tasty but I need to try different proportions.

emelius Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Flat12 Brandy-Aged Walkabout... prefer the regular as you can taste the hops more, but this was nice...

Tasty but I need to try different proportions. I am a fan of the Stinger as well (but the 3:1 ratio was too minty clean for me). Wish I had that Creme de Menthe.
Duggeh Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Al you got home from work just before I got up. Glendronach 1972 37 year old single cask. This is superb. Chaser will be a FFF/Brewdog - Bitch Please Tonight is a good night.
Voltron Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 The Stork Club had a 1:1 recipe, so that would have knocked Marc and Shelly right out! I will try with 4:1 and 5:1 to see how those fly, but this creme de menthe changes things enough that you want more not less. A sharper cognac is the other change I will try. A good night, indeed, Squire Doug. I quite liked the Bitch Please, and it went well with whisky to my recollection (as clouded as it may have been).
Iron_Dreamer Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 What a one-two punch there Doug!
VPI Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 Colin has graduated to pink mixed drinks.
