Yay for Springbank and Dreadnaught!

Having some Clear Creek "Eau de Vie de Pomme" 8 Year Old Barrel-Aged Apple Brandy

This stuff is very nice (and so much better than the Doran Calvados XO). I wonder how it compare to the Germain-Robin Apple Brandy.

I was at a party for one of my neighbors and I was introduced to another neighbor I didn't know who is into Scotch. He recommended the Balvenie. I am definitely enjoying it. At some point we are going to get together with a few other guys and do a tasting. I may need a recommendation for something that they are not likely to find at the local liquor store.

Toasting the Cardinals with a Hendricks Pink Gin.

But don't tell my 92 year old, die hard Cubs fan mother or she will kick my sorry ass.

Fried egg and applewood smoked bacon sammich on sourdough toast to accompany my Dreadnaught. Thanks again Jim, and the best part is I have shipments from Mike Sr and Bryan and also Emelius coming in this week so I will have moar FFF and other Midwest delights very soon. :)

^^ yum and yum

That was about how long it lasted, too. ;)

You are definitely going to need to try the Dreadnaught and Arctic Panzer Wolf and others, Mikey. We can compare Pliny and Blind Pig to see which wins.
