I have had one other Aug.... my sister brought it back from her trip there last year. I cannot remember the name off hand - but, very good. I like the L’Uvaggio - need to decant it a bit longer - but I am thirsty... just the hint of it starting to opening up. I will ask my sister about the other bottle next week when I visit her - I will bring her one of these bottles as well. Cheers Mikey

morphsci Posted October 7, 2011 Author Report Posted October 7, 2011 Some more Little Italy explorations Kept both the Vermouth and Cynar at 1/2 oz and upped the rye to 2 1/2 oz. I'm liking the Willet more and more. I think 108 is about perfect for a rye.
