Rentaria Pinot. At first it smelled of rabbit poop; thank goodness it has opened up and now smells and tastes like a Sonoma Pinot.

My take on a Bourbon Collins

2 oz bourbon

1/2 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz fresh lemon

Shake and add to glass with a few ice cubes. Top off with a couple ounces of soda (I used the top of my three part shaker).

I think I nailed this one. A bit overkill using the Vintage probably, but it's nice and worth it. It's a light drink, probably would be nice with Apple Jack.

Fair. I'd love to find something at any price to give it a run for it's money. For that matter, price no object deathmatch.

Vintage 17 that good? Its $65 at one of my locals, and I have considered it several times. Also $65 for their 21yr Rye and $100 for 23yr bourbon.

Drinking a Bellegems Bruin West Flanders Ale right now, scrumptious.
