Margarita with fresh limes, Hornitos, Grand Marnier, Thatcher's Blood Orange Liquor, and simple syrup. The Thatchers really set it off. Yum.

Not now but soon.. My wine dinner starts in 1.5 hours and I can't wait. The theme is 1988/1989 Chardonnay/White Burgundy. Will start things off with 1989 Krug Champagne, then transition to some 1989 Montrachet then a 1988 Chardonnay. If we are still standing after that then we will try a Rieussec to tie it all together. Woohoo!

Margarita with dinner. What to drink next?

I recently really enjoyed a Hanky Panky, that I drank them several days in a row...

My next drink will be a Bobby Burns...

Bobby Burns (Savoy)

1/2 Italian Vermouth

1/2 Scotch Whisky

3 Dashes Benedictine

Stir well and strain into cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon peel on top.

Absolutely amazing drink! Killed the Asyla, I really enjoyed it. Torino is amazing!

Mikey, what would you recommend I pick up next for a Scotch? Something nice, say less than $125? Note it might be occasionally polluted in cocktails :) :)

I wanted to stick with tequila and found a drink called a Jaguar. It don't think it is the best use of any of its ingredients.

3/2 oz Casa Noble blanco tequila

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

3/4 oz Torani Amer (calls for Amer Picon)

3 dashes of Regans' orange bitters
