Augsburger Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Mikey, Happy Canyon is a nice place to be. Taking a cue from Mikey and the warm weather I am having a Kistler Vine Hill Chardonnay. The canyon breezes will kick in at around 8pm this evening so I will have another Ashe Vineyards Entre Nous, the 2008 this time since the 2007 was so enjoyable.
naamanf Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 A wee dram of Rittenhouse 25. Almost out.

Augsburger Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Whoa! You have a night job working for Rittenhouse? Nice score, you like cornering the market for this stuff huh?
shellylh Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Stinger - forgot that I found this drink too minty.
luvdunhill Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Its very subtle using the white, I quite like it.
shellylh Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 What proportions did you use? I accidentally used a 3:1 ratio again. Maybe I should add more cognac.
luvdunhill Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 According to the bottle, it's: 3/10 White Mint 7/10 Cognac Does your bottle have another receipe?
shellylh Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 (edited) Mine has a recipe for the Green Paradise: 3/10 green mint, 7/10 soda water. If I ever finish this bottle, I will buy the white. I guess I could brush my teeth with it, that should make it go faster. Edited August 23, 2011 by shellylh
