Tried a Paris Manhattan 2 Parts High West Bourye 1 Part St. Germain Elderflower liqueur 1/2 Part Dolin dry vermouth 2 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry bitters Stir and striain. Garnish with one (or two) of your favorite cherries. A bit on the sweet side I will make another and adjust the proportions, for science. It doesn't seem like it will sub well for an orange liqueur. It is also very sweet. Those are awesome Juleps Al, the frosting is great and the carving is awesome. Sophie FTW.
