FFF Calumet Queen. A kolsch-like offering that goes down very well. 20 IBU, 5% ABV. I could drink a bunch of this.

Hopefully the name does not reflect the source of the water :o

Blackwood's gin + Dolin Dry martini. Yum.

Yep. That is what convinced me I really like Blackwoods. Hard to hide a crappy gin in a Martini.

Jim, I got a secret ingredient that I'm itching to try in your recipe above. :) First thing, when I get back I'll reveal it!

Excellent! I love your secret ingredients.

Well the Matin with 3:1 gin:vodka is better. The Campari is less prominent and it has a nicer finish. Looks the same but tastes better.

Jorgensen's Gin.

JDGin.jpg

Spicy juniper, wild harvested in the Tuscan hills, is the cornerstone of Jorgensen's Gin. Earth notes come from angelica root, orris root, calamus root, rare african wild ginger, coriander, liquorice root and bitter apricot kernels. Ethereal top notes come from delicate touches of naartjie and Cape lemon peels, buchu, Grains of Paradise, rose geranium and perfumed Ohandua from Kaokoveld. No cucumber.

X2.......carry on.

Approved.

x2! Carry on. :D

Damn! That's a lot of approval. If I did that well at work I'd be running this place. ...

No wait. That's a bad thing.

too late, you volunteered. Your "welcome packet" is on the way.

I cannot accept any packages that large.

Don't ever let anyone know that you are competent.

Words of wisdom.
