I love this stuff … has tart and sour goodness in a medium to full body Flemish Red type ale. Looks great, smells great, and tastes great … what's not to like? Now that it has had time to open up, this Cab Syrah blend is rather tasty. I am toasting the sunset and Stretch because i am sure I just saw a zebra run through the edge of my property just now. I am also toastind Dusty since I just smashed a black widow hanging out by my garden hose. Anything black triggers a Dusty toast. Cheers all. Not a lot of people will know this one: Auchroisk 9 yo 1997/2007 58.1% -- SMWS 95.7 (SMWS - Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottling) 95 - Distillery Code for Auchroisk .7 is the 7th cask that they bottled.
