I'm waiting/hoping there'll be a big beer event at Rattle 'N' Hum in the next couple/few months as I'm supposed to visit my half-brother in Jersey City...I know they're doing that Belgian thing, but there wasn't anything on the docket worth chasing...

Colin ... you are killing me (and fitz). I LOVE falafels, and would kill for a good one.

Stillwater Saison Darkly

I think I like it, but it confuses me so, because I'm having difficulty identifying what kind of beer it is. Despite the name, it doesn't really taste like a saison to me.
