New Belgium OOH LA LA!...not my favorite in the Lips of Faith series...not a lambic or sour...juicy & a bit tart...8.5%...it's like adding booze to juice that's slightly past it's prime...

Mike is not in the house. Enjoy emelius!!

Mike is however lazing on the sofa with a Boodles martini. Just started keeping my gin in the freezer and I am enjoying the higher viscosity and lack of dilution. Cheers all!

Shelly, as a fellow Aperol and soda drinker, you might like this one:

6/4 oz Cocchi Americano

1/4 oz Campari

1/4 oz sparkling water

Serve on ice.

^This except I made it with slightly more Campari and sparkling water (maybe 1/2 oz each). It is a very nice drink for today considering that the heat index is still 91 degrees here right now.*

*I guess I cannot complain too much I see that Austin had a high of 106 today (without heat index)!!! Luckily it only got to 98 here.

Nice and somehow strangely is a nice followup to the Cocchi Americano drinks...
