While checking the recipe for the Little Italy I ran across a recipe for a Little Italy Manhattan

2 oz Maison Surenne Petite Champagne Cognac

1 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato

A goodly dash Bittercubes Jamaican #2 Bitters

Stir and strain into a coupe

How is the Little Italy Manhattan Jim? Someday I am going to get back to mixing. First I am waiting to get off crutches and have a little more energy.

Nothing special. Actually pretty meh. A Little Italy would have been better. You need to hire your own personal bartender. Isn't that covered as part of your rehab?

Bushwick Cocktail -- Burroughs Series

2oz rye

.75oz sweet vermouth

.25oz Amer Picon (heavy .25 of Amaro CioCiaro)

.25oz maraschino liqueur

Stir with ice and strain.
