emelius Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) k...I admit I'm kinda glad when others agree w/me on beers... Cigar City Guava Grove is a better beer than Guava Groove...it's all about balance.... Groove was better this time than last...& that's got to be my familiarity w/it...I'm more confident tasting it...can pick out more...but Grove's simply better...all in attendance agree... CD44hi Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) What I find incredible is that you can still hold that bottle straight up, **and** shoot a pic after all that..... Edited October 30, 2011 by CD44hi 1

emelius Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) Short's/Three Floyd's/Dogfish Head Cornholio Baltic Porter...brewed with red popcorn & beach plums...don't worry about it...you will never have it...it's out there...but works for me...my favorite style... emelius Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 Upland Dantalion Wild Ale...not to shabby:)...
shellylh Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 Waldorf #2 [Only made half the recipe.] Since it is finally fall today, thought I would make something seasonal. 2 oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy 1/2 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Celery Bitters 2 slices of Honeycrisp apple Not my favorite drink - perhaps due to the celery bitters though. Will need to look for some more walnut liqueur recipes.
emelius Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) Dogfish Head 120 Minute...think that's it...everyone's passed out...was able to salvage some beer... Edited October 30, 2011 by emelius

Absorbine_Sr Posted October 30, 2011 Report Posted October 30, 2011 Followed that with a Region Riot. Now an adult portion of Dreanaught (Peter the bartender gives me a full pint, not the standard half). Cheers!
