Hopefully the name does not reflect the source of the water Blackwood's gin + Dolin Dry martini. Yum. Yep. That is what convinced me I really like Blackwoods. Hard to hide a crappy gin in a Martini. Jim, I got a secret ingredient that I'm itching to try in your recipe above. First thing, when I get back I'll reveal it! Excellent! I love your secret ingredients. Earth notes come from angelica root, orris root, calamus root, rare african wild ginger, coriander, liquorice root and bitter apricot kernels. Ethereal top notes come from delicate touches of naartjie and Cape lemon peels, buchu, Grains of Paradise, rose geranium and perfumed Ohandua from Kaokoveld. No cucumber.
