Haha. I am sure you could come up with a better name than that. :)

Those cherries look good. It's about time for me to make some too.

2008 Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon with dinner.

Now: A Liberal cocktail. Have I mentioned how much I love this drink?

1 oz 17 yr Vintage Bourbon (94 proof)

1 oz Carpano Antica

1/2 tsp Torani Amer

1/4 tsp Regan Orange Bitters

Nice. And your cherries too.

I may go with that Liberal later Shelly, it looks good.

I decided to try something from Left Coast Libations.

AKA Burro Punsch

1 1/2 oz Reposado tequila

1/2 oz Carpano Antica

1/2 oz Ramazotti amaro

1/4 oz Batavia Arrack

Your favorite ginger beer

Stir all ingredients except ginger beer with ice. Add about 1/2 oz ginger beer and stir lightly. Put one large cube of ice in a double old-fashioned glass and arrange 3 or 4 orange slices between the ice cube and the sides of the glass. Strain the drink into the glass.

Tasty and not for the feint of heart, douches or NWAVGuy.

Forgot to say this recipe is from David Shenaut of the Teardrop Lounge in Portland, OR.
