emelius Posted April 10, 2011 Report Posted April 10, 2011 Thr3e Wise Men Brewery's Centennial Martyr Double IPA Color: Amber to medium red ABV: 8.00% IBU: 92 Features: clover honey from hunter's honey farm in martinsville, indiana and amarillo hops not sure why they didn't use Centennial hops heh...the brewery was spawned from the Scotty's Brewhouse chain...i also sampled their Hubbards & Craven collab...i'll hafta investigate them further...
