With dinner: Kunde Cab - ok, not bad, not great After dinner Anvil: White Lady 3/2 oz Bluecoat gin 3/4 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz lemon juice Again, not bad, not great. I decided to add a bit of Cocci Americano (about 1/4 - 1/2 oz) and that really improved the drink. Edited March 27, 2011 by shellylh

morphsci Posted March 27, 2011 Author Report Posted March 27, 2011 (edited) The High West Ryes are the best thing to come out of Utah Nice Ramos Gin Fizz Marc. What do you think of the Junipero overall? Decided to go with a modified Seventh heaven 3 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 1/2 oz Creme de Violette 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice Shake and double strain into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. Since this is a modified Aviation I decided to modify the good Drs. recipe by substituting half of the maraschino with Creme de Violette. Of course he does not include Creme de Violette in his Aviation recipe. The one big I find in his book. Edited March 27, 2011 by morphsci
