Before dinner - a very small Opera cocktail

I didn't think that I would like this one but it was surprisingly good.

2/3 oz Blue Coat gin

1/6 oz Luxardo Maraschino

1/6 oz Dubonnet

Squeeze a orange peel on top (added after picture was taken)

Next up: Dulchin

My first Pisco drink. Kinda reminds me a bit of a margarita except sweeter and not as good. [i think I need to start scaling back on the Apricot brandy/liqueur in drinks.] Despite all its shortcomings, it disappeared very quickly. :)

2 oz Cesar Pisco

1 oz R&W Apricot Liqueur

1 oz Lime Juice

2 tsp Grand Marnier

1 tsp Grenadine

Cheers to Al! Happy Birthday cocktail buddy!
