Voltron
Had to have another Preakness with a little more Benedictine and it was more sweet than hot this time. I like this mix and plan to experiment further.

emelius
Mt. Carmel IPA....creamy/malty...hops come on strong at first but quickly fade...tastes like a hoppier/pinier Boddingtons... Ithaca Caskazilla Red Ale...a powerful red indeed...hope to have this one on tap some time...or at least freshly brewed...add a crispness to this & it'd be dynamite... Firestone-Walker Double Jack Double IPA....could stand to be slightly hoppier, but should be fine for most...not overly creamy like the Mt. Carmel...closer to balance... shellylh
Couldn't find the original reference to Dinny's Sweet and Hot Manhattanlike drink so I poured myself a Van Winkle Lot B, Carpano Antica, and cherry bitters. Was good and now I am sleepy.
