swt61 Posted July 29, 2017 Report Posted July 29, 2017 If it looks like a duck but quacks like a White-crowned Parrot?
Dusty Chalk Posted July 29, 2017 Report Posted July 29, 2017 I nearly ran over some ducks on Fairview Park Drive. (Jeff, was this a common problem?)

Voltron Posted July 30, 2017 Report Posted July 30, 2017 Not so much cooking but homegrown tomatoes and basil with fresh mozzarella 12

Voltron Posted July 31, 2017 Report Posted July 31, 2017 The fresh mozzarella would have jammed up the machine. 1

MexicanDragon Posted August 17, 2017 Report Posted August 17, 2017 New Instant Pot Ultra, had to make some baby back ribs. Never made ribs before, so why not.**BRENT** 7
n_maher Posted August 27, 2017 Report Posted August 27, 2017 This just in from the land of "grill adjacent". Eggs, sausage and potato medley. Step 1: Brown sausage, remove but do not drain fat. Step 2: In same pan, cook par-boiled potato chunks. Remove. Step 3: Add eggs, stirring in sausage and potatoes. Allow to setup and then remove to finish in oven. 8
Voltron Posted September 14, 2017 Report Posted September 14, 2017 Took most of my remaining ripe tomatoes, but I made a tomato pie from the Farmer and the Chef's recipe and I am desperate to eat it even though I have to wait awhile. 8 1
Dusty Chalk Posted September 14, 2017 Report Posted September 14, 2017 Looks like a pizza of sorts. Is that cheese on top?
Voltron Posted September 14, 2017 Report Posted September 14, 2017 Not really like pizza but not totally unlike it either. It has a pie crust with tomatoes, caramelized onions, thyme and basil. The cheese "crown" is fontina, parmesan, and mayonnaise. Southern cooking, baby. 2

Is that the Vivian Howard recipe? We had that straight from the source, her restaurant. It is very very good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
