Do you have a baseline recipe for your brisket? It looks marvelous, but here in Brazil we are not very used to this kind of meat. Would love to obtain something so rich like yours.

Sad that you are more excited about pulling shots than taking them. Damn, we are getting old.

Yum!  Looks perfect!  What recipe do you use?  I'm still trying to get the balance of the liquids and the sugar right.  (Also, I cheat and use chili oil...haven't found a favourite yet, I have like half a dozen different bottles.)

It was chicken, thai basil, 4 thai chilis, an onion, garlic, some sriracha, fish sauce, about a tablespoon of sugar and a couple pinches of salt, plus enough water to look right.

Oh, I see what you're doing, you're being a pedant.  Well, I stand corrected, the question should have been, "can you share what you did, please?"

It's funny when other people do to us what we do to others, we don't recognize it for what it is.
