Craig Sawyers Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 I've also taken to oven cooking bacon, pretty recently. Very shallow tray with grease proof paper, fan oven on 200C for 15 to 20 minutes. Yummy.

Hopstretch Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 Their bacon is bad and they should feel bad. 1
ironbut Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 I love my bacon broiled. I use a broiling pan if I'm cooking a bunch or something like Grahame's set up just for me. Broiling and turning once gives it a crispy Chicharrón taste.
