Absorbine_Sr Posted July 31, 2014 Report Posted July 31, 2014 I'm currently grillless. It's a problem. Must needs fix! But now what: Traeger, BGE/ceramic whateverthefuck, basic Weber, huge gas monstrosity? The existentialists call this "terrible freedom." #firstworldproblems I (and I believe others here) have been very happy with my Weber Genesis gas grill. But yeah, I'd love a Traeger. Or Green Egg. HC World problems.

Emooze Posted August 8, 2014 Report Posted August 8, 2014 I've got beer cheddar bread in the oven as my first real attempt at any baking. Then bacon-wrapped sausages chilling at 140F waiting for the grill in a bit. I shall take pictures if I remember to do so before consuming everything. 2
Emooze Posted August 9, 2014 Report Posted August 9, 2014 Not so happy with the results, had some issues with flare-up that I should have anticipated. Still tasty though

Emooze Posted August 9, 2014 Report Posted August 9, 2014 How did you cook the Brussels sprouts? Roasted them in the oven. Tossed with oil, salt, and pepper, 30 min at 400F, turned them over halfway through.
Dreadhead Posted August 9, 2014 Report Posted August 9, 2014 That is my wife's client. She protects his trademark.
Absorbine_Sr Posted August 9, 2014 Report Posted August 9, 2014 Cool. Tell her to tell him that we love his product.
