Grahame Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 Tonight No bananas were harmed in the making of this dish (as technically, they tend to be a garnish/side instead of an ingredient, with curries) as this was a turkey chili. 2
909 Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 Bulgarian yogurt, blueberries, candied walnuts, cacao nibs and maple syrup 3
Voltron Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 French toast for more syrup tasting. Three batches have some differences but all are delicious. 6
swt61 Posted March 30 Report Posted March 30 No cooking involved, but made a gigantic fruit salad to take to the Bedecarre Easter gathering. Apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Lime juice, lime zest and honey dressing, but this time I grated in some fresh nutmeg. Now in the fridge to meld overnight. It was enough to fill a roasting pan, so I hope there are hungry people tomorrow.
Voltron Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 To be clear, this was Dorothy's Easter party and there was too much of everything even though they were worried there wouldn't be enough food. The fruit salad is very tasty. And I have a large Tupperware of it in my fridge. 😁 1

swt61 Posted April 8 Report Posted April 8 Is that the bitter marmalade you told us about the other evening?
