That's the 450F roasting oven that sits just above the slow cooking oven (and next to the 350F baking oven). You should get those, too.

Appetizers, tuna salmon poached egg and burrata not pictured because I ate it.

In honor of our friend who is a citizen of the former Soviet Union we are having Russian Roulette strawberries.  Half the strawberries were injected with Remy Martin Cognac so you can guess the rest.

Tried doing a reduction with bag juice and BBQ sauce. Not the best, but can try other combos.

21hrs @ 165° then 1.5hrs at 300° in the oven. So many leftovers; think tacos shall be in order for tomorrow.

Damn it Brent! how many times have I warned you about pulling your pork on the forum!

And Andrew...My invitation to dinner must have gotten lost in the mail. Sinful pasta was my drag name back in the day.

Yup, had one of them last night and from a "was it cooked" perspective it was great. The recipe for the actual cheesecake needs tweaking, but it was a fun first effort.
