They tend toward the darker side of roasting but have gotten a lot better about that than they used to be. I'd suggest their sampler to see how their tasting notes compare to how you taste coffee. 1

He’s hurting right now because he just bought a lot of really expensive Yemeni coffee. If you have it in your budget it’s a cup of a lifetime and would help a small shop survive the trump plague. 3

naamanf Posted March 24, 2020 Report Posted March 24, 2020 Suggestions on a small grinder for doing just a couple cups? Manual is fine. I want to switch up the beans I'm drinking during the day and the larger hopper on my grinder makes it a pain.
