I have to admit I really don't get excited about much anymore. I am excited about this get together. I'm actually in a state of anticipation.

My son-in-laws will be traveling with me but not attending. Neither one gets it. They can go enjoy the Chicago metro area and I'm going to have a great time @ ChiLiquify. Can't wait.

I picked up Sazerac 18 today, and absinthe of some sort (Won award in San Fran a few years ago). Highland Park 12 a few weeks ago. Will also bring Maisson Surrene VSOP cognac. Some Remy XO, whatever's left in the bottle.

Really, I just used this event as an excuse to pick up some bottles of stuff I've been interested in for a while.

I look forward to seeing what magic these wizards can conjure!
