A bit expensive, more of a jump from the standard pricing than I would have thought. Oh yeah, I got this email 3 times yesterday, and once (so far) today

Unfortunately every time I looked into these cases I could swallow the shipping BS or the idea that something relatively delicate was going to have to be shipped that far with no local resource to deal with if I had a problem. I wish the US importer would bring in some of the larger cases but I guess if they saw $$ in it they'd already be doing it.

Well we had to have some advantages of living in Europe didn't we? You guys get the cheapper components, we get the "cheaper" cases!

They wanted me to be their importer, but the discount they'd give me (25 percent) + the cost of storing stuff like that in Cali and my lack of Italian seemed to make the math just not make sense.. or I would have probably taken a stab. Wouldn't be a bad side job Jeff Rossel style

It's probably the same shipping cost for Iceland and Portugal, it's still not cheap, but certainly better than outside Europe
