As I was reading this memo aloud to my wife earlier this evening, I realized I was reading it in my Michael Westen Burn Notice voice-over exposition voice -- which is kind of an offense against the material of the memo. But, ya know, it worked.

(Quite possibly the very mild irony of that will turn out to be amusing only to me. Oh well, I'm used to it.)

I have no idea what this is about, but WHAT'S, WITH, THE ALL-CAPS, AND EXTRA, COMMAS-AND-DASHES-AND-SHIT, GOD, DAMN?!?!

It's a lot easier to read at the link from the top of Rick's post. Lots of extra BOLD to really drive the points home. Keeps the eyes moving along better.

That actually does help a bit, thanks.

The Vonnegut article is good. My favorite graphs are of course the Kafka one, followed by the Shakespeare.
