spritzer
Here is a picture of the volcano, shot yesterday by my dad on a xrappy Kodak camera: Uploaded with ImageShack.us Here is what it is doing to the countryside...
tyrion
Sorry to hear it's still causing problems up there. I'm hoping it doesn't create any problems for my flight to London coming up.
HeadphoneAddict
Another one blows: Iceland Volcano Errupts They say it's not expected to disrupt european flights, at least for now. I hope not. My daughter is flying to Germany for 3 weeks as a school ambassador on 6/4 and I'd hate for this to screw that up for her - the whole trip is free and the flight is already booked. spritzer
This is a different kind of lava so odds are that it won't disrupt flights to the same extent even though this is a much larger eruption. Check this picture out...

Check this picture out... It'll be so sad if her Germany trip is canceled or disrupted by this, so I'm praying you're right. She's a great kid and I'd hate for her to not go after all her hard work to win the trip.

spritzer
We are fine here in the south west of Iceland. He had some ash over the last few days but nothing compared to what they are getting underneath the glacier.
