boomana Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 Both my folks were for the Colts, so other than consoling themselves with the fact that Brees played for Perdue, my home is not happy right now. Quote
Iron_Dreamer Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 I only lived in Nawlins for about a month before being rudely ejected by Katrina. Nevertheless, I certainly developed a bond with the city, and was happy as hell to see the Saints finally become more than just the "ain'ts" tonight. Amazing to think that just a few years ago, the Superdome had a hole in the roof, a sewer on the floor, and the Saints were considering relocation. Quote
atothex Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 I will always remember Peyton Manning as the second best quarterback of his era. Quote
tkam Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 Very entertaining game and I'm happy for New Orleans. Go Saints ! Quote
cclragnarok Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 I found the following website with some interesting statistical analysis on football. Here's a post on the "risky" calls (onside kick, etc) made by Sean Payton yesterday: Advanced NFL Stats: Who 'Dat Gonna' Kick Onside to Start the Second Half? Quote
