zippy2001 Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 I am borrowing the prototype Transcription Amplifier, which is supposed to be the same as the production model, just not as asthetically pleasing. I really like it quite a bit, it has a nice warm analog sound to it. It is detailed but not analytical. There is quite a bit of gain with 48db for MM and 72db for MC, I'm surprised how quiet it is. The only thing that I would want is an easier way to adjust the loading instead of the barrier strips. Quote
