One small thing that's been bugging me:

When you click on "New Posts", the menu with "New Posts", "Private Messages, etc. is replaced by another irrelevant menu so I have to go back to the previous page if I want to access the "Quick Links" menu to go to "Subscribed Threads". In the old layout, the menu with "User CP", "Members", etc. always stayed on top.

You can always get to subscribed threads by clicking the "Settings" link that's in the top right corner.

no i did a rebuild of the post counts, it's weird how it works but it pretty much guarantees lower post costs for everyone. i did it to clear up a couple other strange issues.

My posts all seem to have a vertical picture rather than a horizontal. Looked for a setting but didn't recognize anything that would affect the way in which the post appears. Assuming it is a choice, how do I choose?

Couple questions. Is there a way to collapse the "What's going on" section like the "Forum stats" block? I think we used to be able to do this on the old version. And is there a way to only reload the "Forum stats" block like the old version?

Thanks for all the hard work by the way. :)

When quoting posts with large pictures embedded, the quote "speech bubble" only wraps out to the longest line, leaving the ends of the pictures sticking out (See the DFW meet impressions thread).

I don't know if this was a previous feature, but there is now an option to "Download This Thread" under the Thread options menu... it downloads a text file of the complete thread... pretty useful.

Yep that's one of the plugins that I waited for the be ported over to the new version before doing the upgrade. It's very useful if you want to have a simple version of a thread for off-line use.

FYI new maintenance release of vB4 coming next Thursday, it *should* fix several of the bugs mentioned in this thread.
