Kitarist Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I own Grado SR 225 and i'm thinking about buying a great for the price headphone amp. I'm looking at the qinpu A3 amp but would like to know if theres anything better if i would pay a little bit more? What about something vintage thats not expensive would i get better quality and warmer sound? I'm listening to Beatles, Guitr related stuff (Satriani,Andy Timmons) Blues,Rock... Thanks!!!
Smeggy Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I dunno, but I just had a turkey bacon toasted sandwich thing from starbucks and it tasted like ass! Turkey Bacon... it's just not natural.
manaox2 Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I dunno, but I just had a turkey bacon toasted sandwich thing from starbucks and it tasted like ass! Turkey Bacon... it's just not natural. Turkey burgers (properly seasoned), on the other hand, are delicious. Even so, real bacon is still better.
atothex Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 Yeah, turkey is a terrible substitute for pork. I once tried to make collard greens with smoked turkey drums instead of ham hocks... no good at all.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 On the other hand, turkey bologna is pretty good.
Voltron Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I had Thanksgiving Dinner for Lunch at the office today. Fried turkey is the shizz.
n_maher Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 Bastard. I love Thanksgiving Dinner.
Voltron Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I'm practically in a turkey/tryptophan coma right now. So nice.
blubliss Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 We make a really cool looking fake turkey out of wham & raw egg (so it sticks together) here in the ashram. Mmmmmmm.........faaaake turkey.
darthsilverice Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 I had thanksgiving dinner last month

Hopstretch Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 Mmm, roast Huttlet, aaarrrggghhh!
GPH Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 What would you guys pick between a freshly made BLT and a juicy smoked meat sandwich? That's an impossible choice.
deepak Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 BLT. Hate to say it but corned beef and roast beef have no flavor. Combine that with delis thinking you need 1 lb of meat on a sandwich = lose.
Duggeh Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 BLT every time. Especially if theres also a slice of crinkle cut pickled beetroot on it. Or a dod of Colemans. Also American corned beef is strange.
Grahame Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 Easy, Lobster Reuben! http://www.head-case.org/forums/meet-impressions/3489-canjam-08-meet-impressions-10.html#post121217 Or if you insist, a pastrami from Katz's Deli http://www.head-case.org/forums/off-topic/3640-what-did-you-do-today-193.html#post256755
dreamwhisper Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 On the other hand, turkey bologna is pretty good. Yeah organic turkey pepperoni is pretty good too.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 We make a really cool looking fake turkey out of wham & raw egg (so it sticks together) here in the ashram.
