How many here had their chocolate bacon epiphany at Ella's? I had a chocolate ginger epiphany there as well. They're good like that.

Sadly no bacon at this place I just discovered on the internets. but It's planted between my homebrew shop and my whisk(e)y store, all very close together. Toy store, candy shop, Ice cream and homemade sodas plus dublin dr pepper.

Post-pub nosh deathmatch: Bauernfrühstück v bacon sarnie

The comments show just how much passion a simple bacon sarnie can generate!

I'd read a different method for sarnies but it looks like I'm wrong. Our method has been:

1. Fry bacon

2. Put fried bacon on one slice of bread.

3. Put brown sauce on second slice of bread.

4. Put second slice of bread, brown sauce down, into hot bacon grease. Fry for just a few seconds.

5. Assemble sarnie and eat.
