So this game is coming out in a few days and I'm pretty sure that more than a few of us will be getting this game. What system will you guys be buying it for. I'll probably pick it up for whatever system seems to be the majority here and we can make a clan or something.

I'm in the same boat as the two of you. I have little time to play games due to responsibilities of work, school and the old GF. I've never had this much of a work load in my life and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

Pretty much the same thoughts I had of the pc version. It seems they really want people to buy console!

I'm picking up the xbox version for my son for his b'day.

I'm getting the PC version. Hate playing 1st dude shooters with a controller. But I also might get a copy for either the Xbox or PS3.

When Naaman fights, it is always Naaman's turn.

In the type of fighting Naaman does, the goal is to see that the enemy never gets a turn.

I'm getting mine for the PC, I'm not a big fan of playing 1st person games using a gamepad. How did they fuck up the PC version?

No dedicated server available for folks to host their server and no mod support. PC gamers just have to start realizing that it's a console world. Game companies sell far more copies of games on consoles than they do on the PC and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

No dedicated server? How can they leave that out if that's been an option for the earlier COD games?

As for no mod support, I personally wouldn't miss that.

I would have bought it if they kept the dedicated server features from COD4 :/ There just isn't a way to get decent latencies if I had to play on IW servers based in the US from Australia/Malaysia, and whoever it was who thought up the 9v9 cap deserves a shovel in the face.

Just got back from Gamestop with my copy of MW2. I can't believe I'm such a dork - I lined up outside for 20 mins just to get a game the hour it came out!

Can't speak to the multiplayer, but I played Bad Company 1 and liked COD4 better.

BC 1 wasn't released for PC so I wouldn't know either, but judging by the trailers I think BC 2 should be great fun.

I'll be getting it for PC. I'm not into consoles but I may have to give in one of these days. COD4 will live on it looks like unless they patch the PC version later of mw2. 9 vs 9 only is almost a waste.
