dreamwhisper Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Yeah, he also claims to have the equivalent of a phd in chemistry; I'm sure someone with a phd in chemistry could come up with a better birth control method than lemon juice and vaseline. But yeah, if his soap is just a basic formula than I guess it's pretty easy to make. I figured it would be more than that considering it has 18 purposes or whatever.
Sherwood Posted November 9, 2009 Report Posted November 9, 2009 I'm sure someone with a phd in chemistry could come up with a better birth control method than lemon juice and vaseline. Probably true, but vaseline and lemon juice has the benefit of not liquefying the potential mother.
blessingx Posted November 9, 2009 Author Report Posted November 9, 2009 As my experience, and every review seems limited to, the peppermint, anyone know if the pick-me-up/tingling sensation extends to the other 'flavors' (except the mild/baby, I'd guess).
Dusty Chalk Posted November 9, 2009 Report Posted November 9, 2009 It is by far the strongest in the peppermint, as far as I know. Is there a particular "flavor"/scent that you had in mind?
blessingx Posted November 9, 2009 Author Report Posted November 9, 2009 Good to know Dusty. Mostly just as an alternative of the Peppermint. Likely Lavender or Citrus.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 9, 2009 Report Posted November 9, 2009 They're still pretty strong IIRC, but that nasal-dilating, eye-watering effect is only in the peppermint. Start with a small bottle, just to be sure -- they can still be pretty overwhelming if you're sensitive to smells.
dreamwhisper Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 Yeah my girlfriend had the peppermint. Whenever I went down on her, my tongue would got tingly and I would think to myself, something about this just isn't right. In other news, they've made the Dr Bronner's saga into a movie: Dr. Bronner's Magic Soapbox (2006)
