We put the boards in the cases today and made a bit more progress. Slow and steady. Really glad we tested all the transistors this time because we found one shorted k216. Troubleshooting that would have been a hassle. Quote

Also, check the voltage right after the first cap, check to make sure the ripple voltage isn't insane. Check the same after the regulator. Compare to the other rail.
