Fitz Posted August 14, 2020 Report Posted August 14, 2020 Oh no, did you just reproduce his work without his written permission? 2 3
Craig Sawyers Posted August 19, 2020 Report Posted August 19, 2020 How did they get away with calling it Veryron? Didn't Bugatti object??
HiWire Posted August 19, 2020 Report Posted August 19, 2020 Apparently Veyron is the also the name of a river in Switzerland... perhaps they had to pay to license it?
RudeWolf Posted August 20, 2020 Report Posted August 20, 2020 (edited) Here's some porn from me. Just got the new tops for my subs. Each has a FaitalPro HF1440 + 18sound XR1464C horn and four ScanSpeak 15WU midwoofers. Amplification and filtering done by a Hypex FA253 plate amp. Sounds absolutely killer. Sadly, the amp for the big subs seems to be dying, so I'm listening to the tops only. Luckily, they go down to lower thirties. The resulting area of the four midwoofers exceeds a single 10" woofer, so it can go pretty loud as well with that +/-9mm Xlin. Here's a better look of the thing. RudeWolf Posted August 21, 2020 Report Posted August 21, 2020 Putting non-coax speakers on their sides is a sure way how to fuxxor up the sweetspot. Put them upside down if you need to get the tweeter lower. 2
Dusty Chalk Posted August 21, 2020 Report Posted August 21, 2020 That was the first thing I noticed too! At least they're symmetrically arranged. Television image is probably redacted. Season 8 of Game of Thrones or something.

Craig Sawyers Posted September 3, 2020 Report Posted September 3, 2020 Honey - I bought some new speakers. Honey? Honey??
Hopstretch Posted September 3, 2020 Author Report Posted September 3, 2020 Why bring the cables around the front of the speakers -- is this a new audiophile hack?
skullguise Posted September 3, 2020 Report Posted September 3, 2020 Why has no one mentioned the elephant cat in the room? Steve: is that the Gallo subwoofer? I have the TR-1 as well..... 1
